1. Who we are

QLean Automation provides GMP documentation tools and automation consulting services for engineers and system integrators working in regulated industries. Our products are available at qleanautomation.com. Contact us at hello@qleanautomation.com.

2. Licence — what you can do

When you purchase any QLean Automation product, you receive a perpetual, company-wide licence:

• Any engineer in your company can use the templates
• Use them across unlimited projects — no per-project fees, no expiry
• Adapt the templates for your projects and submit completed documents to your clients

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicence the original templates as a standalone product
• Use the materials to build a competing template library or documentation product
• Share download links or files publicly or outside your company

3. Payment and refunds

All prices are in Euros (€). Payments are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy — we do not store your payment details.

Because our products are digital files delivered immediately on purchase, we generally do not offer refunds once files have been downloaded. We will issue a refund if the files are corrupt or inaccessible, a duplicate charge occurred, or you contact us within 48 hours of purchase without having downloaded the files. Email hello@qleanautomation.com with your order reference.

4. Regulatory compliance disclaimer

Our templates are professional tools designed to support GMP-compliant documentation. They are not a guarantee of regulatory approval:

• Tools, not guarantees. Compliance depends on the quality of your engineering work and the judgement of your qualified personnel.
• Not regulatory advice. Our materials do not constitute regulatory or legal advice.
• Your responsibility. Verify that your documents meet the specific requirements applicable to your project and jurisdiction.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QLean Automation is not liable for losses arising from use of our products — including audit findings, project delays, or loss of contract. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

6. Intellectual property

All templates and materials created by QLean Automation remain our intellectual property. Purchasing a licence grants you the right to use them as described above — it does not transfer ownership.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last Updated" date will reflect changes. Continued use of our products constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
